pbs with formatting CF

helo,

i've an openbrick/128M0 + 128M0CF, i've tried to install differents packages 
from storever site with the bash scripts from the site (install-cf-xxx).

one of recurrents pbs i get is about the format of the CF (I've tried the 
partionning in DOS or Linux format with cfdisk (and sfdisk), and it seems to 
be OK as i can read th partition table), and the mke2fs or mkdosfs seems to 
be fine also (more than 2hours with mke2fs), but after I am unable to mount 
/dev/sda1, 

error msg is: Input/output error

can someone helps me ?
