problem with ethernet pcmcia card and openbrick

hello,
hope someone could help me

I ve a netgear FA511 PCMCIA card
I've installed new_debian kernel on a 128 M FC

but after trying different pcmcia module and many solution can't make it 
work
If I  try a "cardtcl info", it tell me nothing is configure

I'm not an expert in installing pcmcia card so if someone could explain 
me a good way to make it work
