OpenBrick site availability

Hi,

We have had a few problems with the OpenBrick site server due to overheat in 
our ISP bay. This is partly fixed now. Mailist is back.

We are setting up a second clone server to make sure if one server fails, 
another server is available, so that unavailability periods will be much 
shorter in the future.

The backup server has arrived today and should be online by monday.
