We are running DC9.62 for our legacy RCM3000 and DC10.70 for our RCM6000 systems.

DC9.62 runs correctly on Win7/64 on a Toshiba Satellite (Intel Core I7) with the genuine Rabbit USB/Serial adaptor(FTDI) chipset.

Make sure you install the latest driver from ftdichip.com.
Device Manager (with the port plugged in) shows my driver details as:
10/April/2012, V2.8.24.0

Note that we DID have a problem with DC9.52 (Not 9.62) on a previous Vista machine and had to use the utility "RunOnCPU0.EXE" (See Technical Note TN257). This note does state that DC9.62 should automatically set processor affinity to a single core.

As a last resort, maybe look at TN257 for your particular hardware combination?
