data file in bl4s200

Hello, 

I am using BL4S200 and DC10.72. I want to attach a data file into my project, like encrypted data file with system settings or something else. I want to combined this file when I comply the project. After complying, this file will be downloaded to controller, each time controller starts, program will read this data file to do some settings works.
