Rabbit Web for DC9.21

I need to modify an old Rabbit application that was built with DC9.21.
And it uses Rabbit Web. I've installed DC9.21, and I tried to install Rabbit Web v1.03. But the installation says it can only be used with DC9.30 and up. I have several CDs for Rabbit Web v1.03. But I can't find any for prior versions. 

Is there a way to modify Rabbit Web 1.03 to work with DC9.21? Or are
there other options?

Note, I can't use a newer version of DC because of the size of the
Rabbit program. I've tried for days to reduce the size, and have been successful.
