Specifying which device to program

Hi,

I have two RCM6710's on a board and I run two versions of Dynamic C to debug them. I am programming them via Rabbits USB cables. What I want to ensure is that each rabbit gets the correct program as they are totally different. Is there a unique identifier on the board that you can specify to ensure that the program is running on the correct rabbit?
