Help w/ programming portC bit 6 &7

 I am relatively new to Dynamic C coding. I have been looking through the documentation for PORT C on the Rabbit 6700 and cannot find a way to write to PORT C bit 6 and 7.
 I could write to Port C bits 0-5 but not 6 and 7. I was wondering if these have dependencies or are set to different modes. I read somewhere that they are used for debugging/programming? I just want them to be set to a logical low.
