Updating HTML files on a Rabbit

I’ve been experimenting with the Rabbit RCM3720, whose software consists of a Dynamic C program and several complex HTML files. For now, all software gets loaded into the Rabbit’s flash memory using the ximport compiler directive. But later, if the controller were used in a product, how could the HTML files be easily updated as needed? I can upload a new HTML file into the serial flash FAT filesystem, but accessing it directly from there seems slow and problematic. Is there a way during startup for the controller’s C code to copy HTML files stored in serial flash (FAT) to the xmem flash memory? In short, how can you have easily updated HTML code on a Rabbit?
I’m a neophyte, so please keep any responses as simple as possible. A big thanks for any assistance.
