CD-ROM contents for Embedded Systems Design using the Rabbit 3000 Microprocessor

Is it possible to find the CD-ROM contents for the CD-ROM normally included in the back of the Embedded Systems Design using the Rabbit 3000 Microprocessor?  I bought a used copy of this book off of Amazon, but the CD was not included.  I have search Google successfully trying to find a zipped up copy of the CD-ROM contents.
