Rusty with Dynamic C, need help loading code onto RCM4000

I've written code in Dynamic C.  I can compile and run it.  But when I disconnect the USB programming cable, the software stops.  Does anyone know how to get your code loaded onto the RCM and have it power up and run code independently?
