 we finally found the problem.
 

 We copied BOARDTYPES.LIB from RCM6700 but in that board PG0 and PG1 are used for Ethernet : Link Led and Activity Led. In our design these ports are used as strobe for aux I/O.
 

 I hope this post will be useful for designer using Rabbit 6000 and looking at RCM6700 for hw and sw.
