RCM6700 Link / Act Light

Hello, is there a register that can be used to disable / enable to the RCM6700's Link / Activity outputs? I have looked through the whole manual and have not yet seen anything exactly, except on page 62 of the minicore manual, which implies that there is some means of doing this. But it only describes it in terms of macros, not in terms of registers that could be set.
 

 I want the ability to have LED's hooked up to these pins but then disable them in software if the customer wants the product to "go dark" and have no visible lights.
