Motherboard design for RCM6700 series

I have less than 2 years experience in hardware designing and I was assign to use the schematics for the RCM6700 on digi.com to design necessary documents needed to manufacture 10- 15 mother/interface board. This board must have 3 UART, backup, and a Ethernet port. How difficult is it to accomplish this task with my level of experience? Or should I seek professional help, if so where? Thanks Racq
