Which board are you using? For Rabbit 2000 and 3000, you need to use Dynamic C 9 (http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=5053). If you already have 9.62 installed, be sure to get the latest patches from that page or GitHub (see below).

For Rabbit 4000, 5000 and 6000 you can use Dynamic C 10 (http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=4978). The latest release is 10.72A, and I'd highly recommend using it. The early Dynamic C 10 releases were buggy, and it didn't start hitting it's stride until around 10.60 or so.

Both DC 9 and 10 have been released as Open Source on GitHub (https://github.com/digidotcom/DCRabbit_10 and DCRabbit_9). You can go there to get the latest updates for both releases.

For rabbitlib, it sounds like this SourceForge project: https://sourceforge.net/projects/rabbitlib/
