I should also point out that I have 3 shares, so that is taking up a lot of the little
memory available.  Does the default internal share consume memory?  I don't use it so
can I delete that one?

I think that a lot of the problems and complaints people have with the HD1000 are caused
by not enough memory.  This is dissapointing when memory is so cheap.
