these easiest way to get rid of Lori is to restore to factory defaults.
this will remove your other settings, but you can reset them.

To restore to factory defaults, you need to do a "format upgrade",
instructions are here:

http://www.rokulabs.com/support/downloads/previousreleases.php

use the 1.5.18 release.
