Thanks for your response. I knew I could possibly find someone here that might help my dilemma.

I have an apparent "incompatibility" problem between a of source Y,Pb,Pr signals and the device (LCD monitor) that uses these signals at its Y,Pb,Pr inputs.

Thus, is there an "authority" for saying: "One of you is not meeting the spec" at this level.
