Y,Pb,Pr can be expressed in many different forms, NTSC D1 (720x486 @ 29.97 fps), PAL (720x576 @ 25fps), 720p (1280x720 @ 59.94/60fps), 1080i (1920x1080 @ 29.97/30fps). All of these can be encoded as Y,Pb,Pr. Which are you sending to your LCD monitor and does it support that format ?
