The ReplayTV records from composite or S-Video inputs, and is alway 480i. Quality is reasonable, but certainly not HD, and also not as good as a direct digital stream recorder like the DirecTivo could do. I was looking for a way to dump the screen bitmap image to a file to get a screen shot. I'm sure there is a simple way to do this on the Roku, but I can't find it. If someone explain how to get a screen shot or to programmatically save the screen bitmap to a file, I'll make one. The app is currently pretty simple - just 3 spinner controllers, one to select the ReplayTV, one to select the category, and one to select the show. The bottom of the screen shows the show description. --- David Ondzes <[email protected]> wrote: > > --- Philip Van Baren <[email protected]> wrote: > > I've made a simple client program for DVArchive which gives a list of > > ReplayTV > > shows available on a DVArchive server, and then streams the selected > > show to > > the Roku HD-1000 using CinemaSix.
