Ok. 0x03 is "MPEG-1 Audio" in the specs, but I guess that means Layer 2 audio. I'll add this to CinemaSix and it should fix your problems... Is your output below from a streamed clip? The 0xa0 type really confused me and it appears that the VLC inserts that type when streaming to work around MS codec suckyness.
