This release is the first general public release that contains DVD
navigation.  Read the README.

Changes from the previous version were all related to fixing navigation
problems and starting problems.  All of these reported problems with 1.2
should be fixed.  DVD lipsync is still a little off w/ AC3 tracks.

I didn't have time to fix anything else that was reported.  All other bugs
& enhancements will have to wait until I'm back from vacation in 10 days.
