Play lists & DTS

Hello, I've been ripping DVD's to my hard drive and watching them thru
CinemaSix.  However some of the files have good lip sink and the ones with
AC-3 audio don't.  I can't get any with DTS to even play back any audio.  Is
there a better way to do this?  Also, if I make a play list with winnamp,
does it duplicate the files or just make short cuts.  I guess what I'm
getting at is how much extra disk space will this take up?  Thanks for the
