A question on Screen Resolution

I was expecting HD to be 1024 x 720. But CascadeScreen (GetRect) returns 1024 x 576. Why is that. Is it a limitation of the underlying Graphics API/OS. Is it something that will be adressed in a future patch... Thanks Atul
