Converting files to ts

I have a lot of HD wmv files (I know, I downloaded them, not my fault). Can
someone point me in the right direction to converting them to MPEG-2
files. I try TMPGEnc but it only allows DVD res. Whats the best way to
convert to ts and more over a conversion program that will read MS wmv.

I know I am asking a lot! ;-)
