I called customer care and found that the charge was for shipping for my 
Soundbridge. I took up Roku's offer for a Soundbridge credit and free art pack 
download when the HD1000 was lowered. The hicup was that the shipping charge 
was added to the download instead of the Soundbridge. However, I was told I 
would not be charged shipping again for the Soundbridge so it balances out.
