VLC DVD to TS

Hi All,
 
I have been successful in converting a few DVDs to Transport Streams using
the VLC Media Player.  It's nice having the DVDs available on the Roku.  I'm
using the beta 1 of CinemaSix to play the files back.  All is fine unless I
pause, then I press rotate and all is well.
 
The question I have is this:
I am currently converting the files using the dvdsimple option.  It works
fine for doing the entire disk.  I would like to dump the ts streams out by
DVD chapter since there is no way to fast forward or rewind in the CinemaSix
app.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
