I have an ASUS VG228GQ from October 2020 with a VGA port that accepts 15 Khz only if you invert the Coco Sync to a composite sync. Good image upscaling the only downside is a wide monitor, there are no aspect ratio settings on the menu for VGA input to the display gets stretched.
