Someone makes them and sells them on eBay. He sent me one years ago which I took to a CoCoFest to show off. It’s a little Arduino type thing with a display and hooks to the cassette port. You first load in a tiny program and then it uses its own protocol to load programs at TURBO speed. I’ll see if I can find his name and what his eBay store is.
