All, Imagine spending three days with people who don't judge you because you're into computer history. It's a taste of Heaven. I had a CoCo 3 running V-Term doing VT100 emulation at 2400 baud. I connected it to a Linux computer. Some people like that I showed them how to run GNU forth (gforth) to add one plus two to get three as an answer. Help: gforth <<<"words" | grep sin gforth <<<"words" | grep pi Integer math: 1 2 + cr . Floating point math: 1.1e0 2.2e0 f+ cr f. Find the sin of 45 degrees: 45.0e0 pi f* 180.0e0 f/ fsin cr f. Exit: bye "THE BREAK KEY" is looking to replace the BASIC ROM in the CoCo 1 with a Forth ROM. https://www.youtube.com/@thebreakkey John Mark Mobley -- Coco mailing list Coco-uNHYcr1XS/wmlAP/[email protected] https://pairlist5.pair.net/mailman/listinfo/coco
