New dynamic memory allocation library in C for CMOC programs

Hi. The CMOC home page now offers a new C library called WydeAlloc,
which offers a dynamic memory allocator suitable for a 16-bit platform.
C functions like malloc() and free() can be implemented with it. It is
distributed under the GNU GPL version 3 or later.
