I took some pictures from my board, but they're no better than what is 
on the FB page. Removing the ICs didn't help much, either, since the 
sockets cover most of the traces. I think it'd be easier if someone were 
to draw out the circuit in CAD. (I don't know when I can get to it)

The cap is labelled as 104z. I think it's safe to say that it is just a 
bypass cap.
