Cocopedia.com ... back ... probably.

After quite a frustrating day (thank you A.I for making some things go quick, and others go badly wrong), www.cocopedia.com is back.

I did a clean install of MediaWiki (the software Wikipedia runs on) to get rid of all the upgrade junk that has accumulated since I put this wiki online in 2004 (wow, 22 years ago???)

I also signed up for Cloudflare to try to protect the site against all the ‘bot accesses that caused the site to get corrupted late-2025. I still have lots of reading and learning to do on this, so maybe what I have done so far is not enough.

Offsite backups are being done nightly now, with a read-only mirror online at a different web server, and a second clone may appear in the not too distant future.

Baby steps…

For 2026, I hope to spend more time on the site and get the sections for BASIC, BASIC09 and NitrOS9 going — as interactive complete manuals, easily available and searchable.

And unlike any book and pocket guide we ever had, the pages can go into extensive details on optimizations and tips and tricks. Should be fun.
