It's got a solid ground plane under the xtal, but I'm pretty sure it's a 2 layer board. It's pretty basic. I'm trying to get some other dev boards into a usable state. Hence my questions about CCS6 on Linux. Noise pickup by the scope is an issue. The Rigol will trigger on EMI with no probes connected. (in fact a continous GND it is a must for the whole board, you can not work with 2 layer boards today, except for very simple boards and wiring on one layer only).
