There's a fluorescent on the ceiling, but there's also plenty of EMI from several computers in the vicinity. In this case, I think the MSP430 is generating most of the noise. The G2 LaunchPad is a very basic dev board, not a lab instrument. So there really wasn't any design effort beyond basic considerations to suppressing jitter on the 32 KHz clock. I'm pushing the envelope just to see what it will do. Have Fun!
