Using new msp430-jtag.py with USB support

Hello,

New msp430-jtag.py (version 2.2) supports USB.

I have installed python2.3 but is not so easy to run msp430-jtag.py. (messages for missing modules...)
What is the way to create msp430-jtag.exe???
Or is there a [good] document on how to run msp430-jtag.py using python???
