430X support patches for binutils-2.18 & gdb/insight-6.8
* support for 430X extended and address instructions including .rpt pseudo-op
* ld scripts: 430xG4616, 430xG4617 flash start address fixed
* ld scripts: fartext region and .fartext section added for code at addresses above 0xffff to 430X CPU's
* ld scripts: vectors region size and __stack value (= end of ram) calculated automatically
* as: operands count check fixed
* as: CPU4 workaround applies to CPU's with CPU4 bug.
* some (non-430X) missed CPUs added.
