* headers added: 21x2, 47xx, 54xx(empty), tlv.h
* headers fixed:
  - checking for _GNU_ASSEMBLER_ macro changed to GCC predefined macro __ASSEMBLER__. 
    Unneeded -D_GNU_ASSEMBLER_ removed from examples and libraries makefiles.
  - __msp430_have_sd16a in headers changed to common-style __MSP430_HAS_SD16_A__
  - E42x: fixed number of SD16 channels
  - F42x0: fixed number of SD16A channels
  - G42x0: fixed number of SD16A channels
