msp430-jtag.exe without outputs

Hi, We have found this toolbox in the net. Our task is to program a Msp430-Flash via jtag i.e. the parallel port in WindowsNT 4.0. That means, we have an IntelHex-file and want to program an msp430 via parallel port and the jtag interface. We have tested it with msp430-jtag.exe and it worked very well. Our problem is, that we have to call the msp430-jtag.exe by another programm that does not work with any outputs to console device. We have to tried to redirect the output into a file, but that did not work. The next step was to get the source code but we did not succeed to built it by ourself. We were using make provided by cygwin. I can post the error if anyone thinks that would help. Can someone help us to find the access to compile it without any outputs to stdout and stderr, something like including a "quiet"-function.
