default interrupt vectors

Hi All, I liked the way (old) mspgcc did preload all interrupt vectors with UNEXPECTED(). That way it was easy to catch wrong interrupt operations/assignments during debugging and also during normal operation. However this is not supported any more with the new toolkit.....
