msp430-elf issue with large code

I was very pleased to see support for 20-bit code has been made available
in upstream gcc trunk.  Thanks for pushing that through.

Unfortunately it doesn't build.  if you would take a look at this I'd
appreciate it:

I only reported it for the Y constraint, but probably all integer outputs
need to be masked to be within the supported integer range given target
options.

It should be pretty easy for you to fix but I don't know how you've encoded
the size limits in this port so I'm not going to try.
