TurtleRadio and RadioIO

I've just started using TurtleRadio and I like it a lot it.  If the
Audiotron is a dead product, am I SOL if Turtle Beacj decides to stop
supporting Turtle Radio?  I vaguely remember something about getting the
Audiotron to support Shoutcast streams outside of Turtle Radio but I
forget where I saw it.

Another question...I see that the numerous radioio stations are paid
subscription only, yet I seem to get them for free via Turtle Radio - is
this some sort of agreement between Turtle Beach and Radioio?
