Yep, just gotta make sure the other side is displayed.

Referring to point 1, yes you are correct the 'user' won't notice the
CPU is hogged, but the side effects of a hogged PC are there along with
the heat issues. Hogged CPU use more power and give off extra heat,
which a PC needs to cool....(rooms warmer etc)

Also these programs will not allow a PC to enter sleep modes etc..
