You would think this is the case!  However, as with all other faulty MS
software, licenses aren't always handled properly -- so a file that plays
okay in your windows machine, may not play so well when you donwload it to
your MP3 player or other mobile device.  It sucks!  The worse part is,
sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't -- no consistency.
