I contacted the manufacturer last week and was told that no firmware updates were available.

Glanced over this list. Nothing jumps out at me, apart from the horrible
thought that this is MSDOS (no, I don't think it is). Probably the only
real way to crack this is to look at a firmware dump.

Have any formware updates been issued? You can get lots of clues by
looking through thr firmware files. I cannot even find the mfgs's web
site to look for this stuff!
