No, I mean, on my hard disk, I find two files, ATH30225.NB0 and ATRON30225.NB0. I don't recall why, but it seems to me each update is 2 files. Maybe both need to be listed in the TOC. But let me ask another question, why would you want them listed in the TOC. Updates are a one-time thing ... just let the AT scan a different share one time with the update on it. It's fast, it's painless, and the kludge that gets updates into TOCs probably isn't worth persuing. BTW, there is also a thing that you can put in the TOC which says, "after scanning the TOC, go look at the disk anyways for any songs I might have missed in the TOC". So for songs in the TOC, it'll take your idea of the tags, and for songs not in the TOC, it'll read them itself and get their tags.
