Did you ever determine why this was happening? I am experiencing the same problem. I am running WinXP Pro SP1 (as confirmed by My Computer->Properties->General Tab). My AT worked fine for a full year with the shares I had set up after installing WinXP SP1. I came back from a business trip and no go. Any help is appreciated. No one is fessing up to any updates or freelance tweaking, but this is error I see in the "Looking for new Shares" Host DEMO-SHUTTLE-02 found at IP 192.168.1.108 \\DEMO-SHUTTLE-02 - Access to host denied Host is WinXP Pro - The permissions are set to all.. Any Thoughts? jamie
