I think you guys are on to something, but I haven't quite figured out
what's going on there.

I have a little home-brew tag reader as part of my DJ system, and it is
totally confused by what MixMeister stuck into the files I used as a test.

Tag & Rename understands them properly (although, as Stan pointed out, they
should be integers and there shouldn't be any decimal point, nor anything
after it). The standard says they should be a numeric string (not sure if
there is a definition of that) and always an integer. So at the very least,
the fractional part is a mistake.

But what I get when I dump the actual field is digits alternated with
something  unreadable. It almost looks like someone got it into their head
to put the numeric string into unicode (although why is beyond me). I have
to study up on what unicode looks like ... maybe that's in fact what they did.

More when I figure more out.
