Tagging problem

I recently cleaned up and re-tagged all of my MP3s with Gracenote's media manager.  The tags all come up fine in Tag & Rename and ID3TagIt (both v1 and v2 tags), but when I had the AT rebuild the TOC, the tags are all incorrect.  They look like a bunch of fields from unrelated files have been concatenated.

For instance, I have a tag that comes up as:

LimelightRoyOrbison
RushMinistryofSound

Has anyone seen this before or have any idea what the cause is?
