Yes, Arnt.  You're correct there.  Perhaps 'similar' would be better
than 'competing' - but I'm pretty sure that the people on this list have

Perhaps what Seth really means is <any similar product>.

We've discussed amplifiers, loudspeakers, NASes, D/A converters, and
Seth hasn't protested. But he's protested every time we've touched on
MP3 players from other vendors, no matter whether it's in the same
market segment or not.

That doesn't quite chime with my understanding of <competing>, but it
does make sense... Seth, am I right?
